EP (Elegant Properties) was formed in 2022 as a property investment for the group. EP is in the commercial and residential space, specialising in Guesthouses, office and warehousing space.

In keeping up with the group motto “Reach out, and contribute in making the world a better place for all” Elegant properties aim to build a home for the homeless by mid 2026.

We aim to expand into the property development space by mid 2027
